What is Glazing?

Glazing adds another color dimension to your concrete piece, similar to look of a faux finish or Venetian plaster. This can help pull in accent colors from cabinets, floor tiles, walls, and backsplash. Glazing is most often used for clients who are looking for an Old-World finish. These pieces are typically distressed prior to glazing, which enhances the character of the piece. Glaze can be applied lightly or heavily and can be done in just about any color. Trueform can recommend glazes for our most popular colors, however everything is customizable.
