Average Lead Times

• Standard Products: 3-5 weeks for standard products
• Custom Products: starts at 4-6 weeks and can vary depending on complexity and volume

 

Oversize/Overweight Delivery

Some of Trueform's products - such as tables - can be rather large and heavy. For any products that exceed the length of a standard delivery truck liftgate (8ft), the freight carrier may not be able to offload your shipment on his/her own. A forklift, loading dock, or other means may therefore be needed to safely offload your shipment. Please be sure that your shipping address will have the means (if necessary) to offload your product at the time of arrival. Otherwise, we recommend using a White-Glove/Moving Company to receive your order and deliver it to its final resting place.
